Google Ads Management in Orlando

Our Google Ads management in Orlando covers Google Search campaigns for local service businesses: an account audit, campaigns organized by the services you sell, location settings that match where you work, call and form tracking, and a monthly report that ties clicks to leads. A Google Ads agency should show you what you paid for and what came back. Local Services Ads are a separate product with their own page.

What's Included

Built to cover every angle.

Account Audit

Conversion actions, campaign settings, location options, keywords, search terms and budgets reviewed before anything changes. You get the findings in plain language.

Campaigns Built by Service

Separate campaigns or ad groups for the jobs you actually want (repair vs replacement, for example), so budget and reporting follow the work you sell.

Orlando & Central Florida Targeting

Locations set to the areas you serve, such as Orlando, Winter Park or specific Orange, Seminole and Osceola county areas, with the presence setting chosen on purpose.

Keywords & Match Types

Keyword lists written around real service searches, with match types picked so you can still see and control what triggers your ads.

Negative Keyword Hygiene

Regular search terms reviews, with negatives for jobs you don't do, areas you don't cover, and searches looking for jobs or DIY help, including plurals and variants.

Call & Form Conversion Tracking

Calls from ads, calls from your website and form submissions set up as separate conversion actions, with a call length that means something.

Ads & Landing Pages

Ad copy that matches the search and a page that matches the ad. When a dedicated page would help, we build it through our landing page service.

CRM Follow-Up

Leads from ads routed into a CRM with follow-up, so a paid inquiry doesn't sit in an inbox until Thursday.

Budget & Bid Settings

Daily budgets set with Google's daily and monthly spending limits in mind, and bidding chosen to fit how much reliable conversion data you have.

Plain Monthly Reporting

Spend, clicks, calls, forms, cost per conversion and the search terms you paid for, plus what we changed and why.

Why It Matters

Pay for clicks you'd actually want.

Search ads charge per click, and the click price comes out of an auction. Google says your actual cost-per-click is the final amount you're charged, that it's often less than your maximum CPC bid, and that it's never more than that bid unless you use automated bidding (Google Ads Help: actual CPC). So the bid is a ceiling, not a price tag, and a click that calls nobody costs the same as one that books a job.

Budgets are averages. Google's average daily budget lets a campaign spend up to two times that number on a given day for most campaigns, while capping the month at 30.4 times the daily average (Google Ads Help: average daily budgets). A busy Tuesday that doubles your number isn't a glitch. Setting the budget without knowing that is how owners end up surprised.

Location is a setting most accounts never open. The default, “Presence or interest,” reaches people in or regularly in your area plus people who've shown interest in it. “Presence” limits ads to people likely located, or regularly located, in the places you target (Google Ads Help: advanced location options). A plumber who only drives Orange and Seminole counties usually wants the second one. A moving or relocation service might genuinely want the first.

Keywords aren't the searches you pay for. Broad match can show ads on related searches, phrase match on searches that include your keyword's meaning, and exact match on searches with the same meaning or intent (keyword matching options). The search terms report shows what people actually typed, though Google leaves out low-volume terms for privacy (search terms report). Negative keywords block the junk, but they don't match close variants, so plurals and synonyms have to be added separately (negative keywords).

None of that is worth much without conversion tracking. Google can count calls from ads by a minimum call length you set, and track calls to the number on your website (measure calls from ads). Form submissions get their own conversion category, and there are categories for qualified and converted leads too (conversion categories). Google's automated bidding learns from those signals (about conversion measurement), so if a two-second hang-up counts as a lead, the system will cheerfully go find you more of them.

“A click is a cost. A booked job is the point.”

We start with tracking, because you can't manage what the account can't see. Then we tighten structure, locations and negatives, and only after that adjust bids and budgets. Each month we report spend and clicks, tracked calls and forms, cost per conversion, the search terms that cost money without producing anything, and, where your CRM records it, which leads became booked jobs. We don't promise a cost per lead or a position, because the auction decides both.

FAQ

Common questions.

What does Google Ads management in Orlando include?

For us it means managing Google Search campaigns for a local service business: an account audit, campaigns organized by service, location targeting for the areas you serve around Orlando, Winter Park and Central Florida, keywords and negative keywords, call and form conversion tracking, landing pages where needed, and a plain monthly report. Ad spend is paid to Google directly; management is separate.

What do I actually pay for with Google Search ads?

Clicks. Google charges per click, and your actual cost-per-click is set in the auction. Google says it's often less than your maximum CPC bid and never more than that bid unless you use automated bidding. Your average daily budget can be exceeded on a given day (up to two times for most campaigns), but monthly charges are capped at 30.4 times the daily average.

What should I measure besides clicks?

Tracked conversions (calls from ads that pass a minimum length, calls from your website, and form submissions), cost per conversion, and the search terms that spent money without converting. Then check your CRM or call log for how many of those leads were real and how many became jobs. Clicks and impressions only tell you the ads ran.

How is this different from your Local Services Ads management?

Local Services Ads are a separate Google product with verification and lead-based charges. Search ads are keyword campaigns charged per click, with much more control over keywords, ad copy, landing pages and targeting. We manage both, and our comparison article walks through when each one makes sense.

Should my ads target people in Orlando or people interested in Orlando?

Google's default location option, Presence or interest, includes people who have shown interest in your target area as well as people in it. The Presence option limits ads to people likely located or regularly located there. Most service-area businesses that can only work locally lean toward Presence, but we check your search terms and the jobs you take before deciding.

What are negative keywords and why do they matter?

Negative keywords stop your ads showing for searches you don't want, like jobs you don't do, DIY questions or job seekers. Google notes that negative keywords don't match close variants, so plurals and synonyms need to be added separately. We build negatives from your search terms report rather than guessing.

Do you guarantee leads or a top ad position?

No. Ad position and click prices come from Google's auction, and lead volume depends on demand, competition, budget and how well your site and phone handling convert. What we can commit to is accurate tracking, a clean account and a clear report of what your money bought.

Are you a Google Ads agency only for Orlando?

We're based in Central Florida and focus on service businesses in Orlando, Winter Park and the surrounding counties. Location targeting is set to wherever you actually take work, which may be wider or narrower than one city.
