We collect the normal stuff needed to reply to you and understand how the site is working. Riveting? No. Necessary? Unfortunately.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form on this site, we collect the information you submit — your name, email address, business name, website, and any message you include. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
We don't collect payment information, social security numbers, or any sensitive personal data through this site.
Analytics and site usage
With your permission, Google Analytics counts visits and fixed actions such as a calendar click or a delivered contact message. Advertising features and Google signals are off. Form answers, contact details, and arbitrary URL query strings are excluded from our analytics events. Google still processes device information and network requests under its own privacy policy.
Masked Microsoft Clarity recordings are a separate, optional choice. They help us understand page navigation and layout problems. Page text, forms, and confirmation panels are masked; we do not send your identity or form answers. Clarity does not load before recording permission and stops when you turn it off. Visits with query strings or unrecognized URL fragments are excluded from recordings. We also use Google Search Console for aggregate search performance.
You can change these choices here at any time. Global Privacy Control turns optional tracking off. A calendar click, phone click, or email click is not treated as a completed booking or a customer.

What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information to anyone. We don't share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We don't add you to any mailing lists without your explicit permission.
Third-party tools
This site uses Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Search Console, and may use HubSpot CRM to manage contact form submissions. Each of these tools has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
