Central Florida Service Area: Orange, Seminole & Osceola Counties

The Board Room Marketing Firm is based in Winter Park / Orlando and works with local businesses across Central Florida — specifically Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties. If your business sits just outside that footprint, ask: some work is still possible, but these three counties are the core area.

The Challenge

One page, not a city-name farm.

Plenty of local firms publish a separate page for every town within an hour’s drive, each one the same paragraph with the city name swapped. It’s a tactic, and it mostly produces pages nobody would ever want to read.

This is the alternative: one page that says where we actually work, how the work happens, and what genuinely differs from county to county. The city names below are geography, not a client roster — some are places we’ve done work, some are places inside the footprint where we haven’t worked yet. If you want to know whether we’ve worked in your specific city, ask and we’ll tell you straight.

Why it matters

People searching this way are usually checking one thing before they spend any more time: do you cover where I am? This page answers that in the first two sentences instead of burying it behind a contact form.

The cities, by county.

This is the footprint. It is geography, not a client list — see the note above.

Orange County

Orlando, Winter Park, Maitland, Apopka, Winter Garden. The densest market in the footprint, and where both of our city pages sit.

Seminole County

Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Sanford, Oviedo, Longwood. Suburban, residential, and strong territory for home-service companies.

Osceola County

Kissimmee, St. Cloud. Growing fast, and generally less crowded in local search than Orange County.

How the work actually happens.

Most of it happens remotely — building the website, managing the Google Business Profile, structuring local SEO, setting up CRM follow-up. That’s normal for this kind of work, not a workaround; there is nothing about writing a service page that improves by doing it at your kitchen table.

On-site matters for a narrower set of things: walking a job site when you don’t have usable photos, an in-person meeting when that’s genuinely how you prefer to work something out, or looking at how a physical location presents itself if you have one. Most of the businesses we work with are service-area businesses without a public storefront — the same structure Google’s own guidance describes, and the same structure we run ourselves.

Our view: most contractors and home-service companies don’t need us on-site more than once or twice, if at all. If you want us there more often, that’s a conversation, not a problem.

What changes by county (our view).

Three counties, three slightly different competitive pictures. What follows is how we’ve seen local search behave in this footprint — it is our read, not a claim about your specific search volume.

None of this means the strategy is wildly different in Kissimmee than in Winter Park. The core work is the same everywhere in the footprint: a real website, a maintained Google Business Profile, local SEO structure, and a review flow. What changes is how much competitive pressure that work has to push against.

Google Business Profile service areas (our view)

A service-area business can list the specific cities or a radius it serves instead of a storefront address. Getting that list right — not too narrow, not padded with places you will never work — matters more than most owners assume.

Competition concentrates in Orange County (our view)

Orlando and Winter Park draw more firms and more contractors chasing the same searches than Seminole or Osceola. That isn’t a reason to avoid Orange County; it’s a reason the local SEO and review work has to be more deliberate there.

Profile data drives local discovery (our view)

Map results and Google’s AI answers lean heavily on Google Business Profile data, not only on what sits on your website. That mechanic doesn’t change by county — how crowded the result is does.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do you only work with businesses in Orlando proper?

No. Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties are the full footprint. Orlando is the largest single market in it, not the only one — a good share of the work is in Winter Park, Lake Mary, Oviedo, Sanford, and Kissimmee.

Do I need to meet you in person?

No. Most of the work is remote. On-site visits happen when they are genuinely useful — job-site photos, a walkthrough of a physical location — rather than as a default.

Do you have an office I can visit?

The Board Room Marketing Firm is a service-area business based in Winter Park / Orlando, without a public storefront address. That is the same structure Google’s guidance describes for service-area businesses, and the same structure most of our clients run. It is a deliberate setup, not a gap.

Is a business in Kissimmee treated differently than one in Winter Park?

The services are the same. What differs is the competitive landscape each city’s search results sit in, which is a real factor in how the local SEO work gets sequenced and where the early effort goes. That is our view, based on how we have seen these markets behave.

What if my business is just outside those three counties?

Ask. Work outside the core footprint is possible depending on the specifics. This page describes where we focus, not a hard boundary.

Do you serve every city listed on this page equally?

No, and we would rather say so. This page lists the counties and cities in the footprint — it is not a claim that we have equal history or clients in each one.
