Marketing for Remodeling Contractors in Orlando

If you run a remodeling company in Orlando and want a marketing firm that works the trade, that's what we do: websites, Google Business Profile, local SEO, Local Services Ads readiness, and lead follow-up for remodelers across Central Florida. We're a small local firm, so you deal with the person who builds the thing — not an account manager reading from a script.

The Challenge

Homeowners compare three companies before they call one.

Remodeling is a considered purchase. Nobody replaces a kitchen on impulse — they look at photos, read reviews, check whether a company looks like it will still exist in six months, and then pick two or three to contact. Almost all of that happens on a phone, in Google, before you ever hear from them.

That shortlist is where remodelers lose work they should have won. A referral-driven company with excellent job sites often has a thin website, a Google Business Profile nobody has touched since it was created, and no follow-up when a form comes in on a Saturday. The homeowner doesn’t conclude you do bad work — they just never learn you exist.

That gap is fixable, and it’s fixable faster than most remodelers expect. It is also the one part of the business that doesn’t get better on its own while you’re on a job site.

Why it matters

Remodeling searches are local by nature and carry real budget behind them. If your company isn’t in the map results and doesn’t have a site worth landing on, the homeowner simply compares the three companies that are.

What we actually build.

These aren’t five separate vendors stitched together. It’s one build, sequenced so the website supports the ads, the profile supports the website, and the follow-up keeps any of it from going to waste.

A website organised by service, not by portfolio

Kitchens, bathrooms, additions, whole-home renovations — each with its own page, written for the homeowner comparing quotes rather than for a design award.

Google Business Profile that stays current

Categories, services, photos, and posts, managed against Google’s own Business Profile guidance instead of set once and forgotten.

Local SEO structure

Service pages, internal linking, schema, and page speed — the unglamorous foundation that organic visibility is built on.

Local Services Ads readiness

Getting the site and the profile into shape to support Google’s Local Services Ads program, rather than pointing ad spend at a weak landing experience.

CRM follow-up

Lead capture, routing, and automated first response, so the quote request that arrives at 9pm is answered before the homeowner has moved on.

What it takes, and how long.

A website build typically takes a few weeks once we have your service list, your service area, and whatever job photos you already own. Photos are usually the long pole — if you have them on a phone somewhere, that’s enough to start.

Google Business Profile work and local SEO aren’t a launch-day event. They build over weeks and months, the same way a remodeler’s reputation does. Nobody honest will promise you a specific position in search by a specific date, and we won’t either.

Pricing is scoped on a call, against your actual service list and service area, rather than published here as a single number that would be wrong for half the companies reading it. Advertising spend, if you run ads, is separate and goes to Google, not to us.

Service area, and why it matters here.

Our core footprint is Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties. For a remodeler that isn’t a formality — the cities you list on your Google Business Profile shape which searches you can appear in at all, and padding that list with places your crews will never drive to tends to work against you.

Getting the service area honest and specific is part of the build. Our Central Florida service area page lays out the counties, the cities in them, and what genuinely differs between them.

Proof, stated plainly.

The remodeling case study we can point to is HDR Remodeling — a home-services remodeler covering bathrooms, kitchens, roofing, flooring, drywall, HVAC, and full home renovations. Two caveats belong here rather than in the fine print: HDR is based in New Orleans, not Central Florida, and that case study page publishes no lead counts, no search positions, and no revenue figures. We’re not going to invent them.

What the write-up does show is the build itself: a live website organised around clear service categories, homeowner-focused messaging, trust-focused design, mobile-first usability, and a structure meant to support Google Local Services Ads. Google Business Profile optimisation and the Local Services Ads launch are listed there as the next phase, not as finished work — so we’re not claiming that part happened either.

We do not yet have a published, client-approved remodeling case study based in Orlando or Central Florida. That is a real gap, and saying so is more useful to you than implying local proof we don’t have.

Who this is for — and who it isn’t.

This is built for established residential remodelers already doing the work and looking to stop relying entirely on referrals. If you have completed jobs, photos, and a crew, there’s something to work with.

It is not built for a brand-new contractor with no finished jobs to show, and not for anyone who wants a guarantee about search position. We don’t sell those, because nobody honest can.

FAQ

Common questions.

How long does it take to build a remodeling contractor website?

A few weeks once we have your service list, your service area, and whatever job photos you already have. Google Business Profile work and local SEO run on a longer clock — they build over weeks and months rather than landing on a launch day.

What does marketing for a remodeling company cost?

It’s scoped on a call against your actual service list and service area. We don’t publish a single figure, because the honest answer differs between a two-crew bathroom specialist and a whole-home renovator covering three counties. Advertising spend, if you run ads, is separate and goes to Google rather than to us.

Do you manage my Google Business Profile?

Yes — categories, services, service areas, photos, and posts, following Google’s own Business Profile guidance. For a remodeler it is usually the single highest-leverage thing to fix first, because the map results are where "remodeling contractor near me" gets answered.

Should I build the website first or run ads first?

Website and Google Business Profile first, almost always. Sending paid traffic to a thin site or an empty profile spends money to show homeowners the exact problem you were trying to fix. Local Services Ads readiness comes once the foundation holds up.

Do you work with remodelers outside Orlando?

Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties are the core footprint, which covers Orlando, Winter Park, Maitland, Apopka, Winter Garden, Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Sanford, Oviedo, Longwood, Kissimmee, and St. Cloud. If you’re just outside it, ask — that’s a conversation, not a hard boundary.

What do you need from me to get started?

A list of the services you actually run, the area your crews actually cover, a handful of past job photos, and access to your Google Business Profile if one already exists. That is enough to begin.
