Missed call opportunity calculator.
How much business might be sitting in unanswered calls? Model the potential using your own data. The result is a scenario, not a claim about revenue you actually lost.
Call and booking assumptions
The starting numbers are illustrations, not industry benchmarks. Enter your own call-tracking and booking data wherever available.
Percentage of missed calls eventually reached by callback or follow-up.
Assumed conversion rate of those qualified leads if answered or recovered.

This scenario assumes lead qualification, booking and job value stay consistent. It does not model capacity, customer behavior, cash collected or job costs. Values are not sent to Boardroom.
What counts as a missed call?
Start with all incoming calls for the month. Then use your actual unanswered-call rate. Subtract callbacks or follow-ups that successfully reached the caller. This avoids counting every unanswered ring as permanently lost.
Potential value isn't profit.
The result assumes a share of unrecovered calls would have qualified and booked. It multiplies hypothetical bookings by an average job value. It doesn't account for margins, capacity, timing, repeat callers, actual collections or whether those callers would have hired you.
What should I do with the result?
Review call logs, follow-up speed and booked jobs before changing marketing spend. A simple callback workflow can be a better starting point than paying for more leads you may not answer. Our CRM and follow-up services cover this process.
